Jae Heo
Jae brings diverse tech & startup experiences to the founding team. He currently serves as Director of Global Strategic Accounts at Sprinklr, an Enterprise SaaS company that unifies all customer-facing functions through its unified CXM platform.
Prior to Sprinklr, Jae led Asia-Pacific expansion of a few VC-backed Enterprise SaaS companies such as DataRobot & CloudHealth Technologies. As the #1 employee in Asia, Jae was responsible for building direct & channel businesses across Asia-Pacific Region.
Prior to CloudHealth, Jae led Business Development at UberEverything, expanding UberEATS services in Singapore and Asia-Pacific region, as one of the early members of Uber’s new strategic focus. Prior to this role, Jae was responsible for sales & business development efforts at Salesforce.com, covering Southeast Asia & Korea markets.
Prior to moving to Singapore in 2014, he spent time in Shanghai, Beijing & Seoul where he pursued his passion for Mandarin, Chinese History and start-up ecosystem. Jae graduated from Amherst College, MA, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Asian Languages and Civilization. As a previous All-American Soccer Player, Jae still loves being out on the field or enjoying a game of golf.
